Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

1.   Request for goods return or exchange due to defect and incorrect items will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, and goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.  

2.   Customers are required to email the request including order number, reasons for return/exchange, relevant photos of defected product and contact details via email sportonlinehk@hotmail.com for product return and exchange arrangement.

3.    Request for goods return or exchange will not be accepted if the goods are found used, altered or damaged due to improper use.

4.   All return goods need to be reviewed by sportonline.hk first for the decision of exchange or refund.

5.   If the goods returned cannot be exchanged for the same model due to stock shortage, customers can choose any products from the site and pay the price difference only.

6.   Upon our acceptance of the condition in strict conformance with the basic return criteria above, the purchase price will be credited to the payment tool used for the original purchase.

7.   All gift items must be returned together with the returned goods; otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from refund.

8.     Sportonline.hk reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

9.     Should there be any dispute, Sportonline.hk decision shall be final.
